If Co-op members cannot attend the annual meeting, they should mail their Proxy Card in the postage-paid envelope in the August issue of Texas Co-op Power magazine.

Proxy cards must be received by NOON, AUGUST 17, 2012,in CTEC’s auditor’s office in Fredericksburg.

Members mailing in proxies by the deadline will be entered into a drawing for 10 $50 bill credits.
